Many men grow up viewing vulnerability as a threat, and it shows in the way they shut down, deflect, or harden during emotional moments. I’ve lived inside that same invulnerable culture, and I know how painful it is to unlearn it. Healing begins when we stop pushing, stop armoring up, and actually stay present long enough to hear the truth about our impact. It’s uncomfortable, but it opens the door to real connection. When we allow ourselves to be seen, loved, understood, and forgiven, something shifts. Vulnerability becomes strength, and relationships finally have space to breathe.
